3 green plantains, 115 grs butter, 1/4 cup of celery, onion, cilantro and bell peppers (all diced), 2 chicken bouillon cubes, pepper, garlic salt or

minced garlic, 2 cups heavy cream, tabasco to taste. Boil the plantains with peel for around 10 min. Peel them and process in the food processor. In a

pan, cook butter, celery, onion, peppers, garlic, cilantro, chicken bouillon, pepper, add the plaintains, heavy cream and tabasco.
